Shipping

  • Timtara is committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time.
  • We currently deliver to more than 1500 cities across India. Check the PIN codes we deliver to.
  • We ship Monday through Saturday, except on public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
  • If you deem the product to be in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our customer care at 0135-3051500 or Submit a Ticket here mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is rushed to you at the earliest.
  • Delivery Time:- 8-10 working days from the order date.

Order Cancellation

From timtara side there is no order cancellation. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within the above shipment time. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within the shortest possible time.

Refund Timelines









  • Refund cheque will be delivered within 10 working days from. the date of cancellation of order. Refund draft will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers
  • Online refund will be processed in credit card within 7 working days from. the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in the next credit card statement.
  • Incase of NetBanking/Debit card refund will be processed within 7 working days from. the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in next bank statement.

Replacement

Timtara shopping customer care shall assist you with the replacement of the product.
Note: Replacement assistance is provided for complaints of product defects and wrong product serviced within warranty period.

Steps for pickup:

Step1: Defective/Wrong Product should be packed properly with thermocol . Mention your complaint on a letter and place the letter inside the box. Do describe your complaint in detail for your convenience.

Step 2: Take a Printout of the pickup label and paste it on the parcel.
Kindly fill up the following pickup label, take its Printout and place it on the parcel.

Step 3: Please call our customer care at 0135-3051500 or Submit a Ticket here so that your product can be picked up from your door step free of charge. Please keep your Order ID handy with you

Step 4: The Courier boy will give you a nine digit invoice # known as AWB Number at the time of Pickup. Kindly Call up the Timtara customer care and provide the AWB Number.

Step 5: Replacement/repair will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date of return of the product.

Important Note:- As a proof of our customer first approach, we arrange for all logistics and relevant cost to ship the product back to us. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you hand over to our logistics partner.
Order & complaint details is required for resolution of your complaint against defective/wrong/features not matching products.
